Learners still use existing ECSA onboarding, enrollment, and payment pages. OpenMAIC is used for AI classroom delivery.
Operations
Completion and score signals are reviewed and synced into ECSA admin and LMS processes using a phased integration approach.
Success Criteria
- Completion rate improvement against baseline cohorts
- Pass rates maintained or improved
- Cost per completion within approved budget
- No unresolved critical incidents beyond SLA
